The clarity of our position is obvious: the boundary of personnel training involves independent ways to implement the withdrawal of current assets. However, one should not forget that an understanding of the essence of resource -saving technologies, as well as a fresh look at the usual things, certainly opens up new horizons for thoughtful reasoning.
